How It Works

Initiate Request

Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason.

Get Approved

We review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a return authorisation along with a prepaid shipping label.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any courier partner pickup point.

Refund / Exchange

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days, or your exchange is dispatched promptly.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

💡 We inspect every order before dispatch. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we cover all return shipping costs — no questions asked.

The following conditions apply for a valid return:

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of use
  • Original packaging, pouch, and any gift box must be included
  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of the delivery date
  • A photo of the item and packaging may be requested for verification
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are final sale

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size, style, or metal finish? Exchanges are easy. We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery — slightly more time than returns, because we know finding the right piece matters.

  • Size exchanges (e.g. ring sizes) are processed with priority
  • Exchanges for a different product are subject to price difference adjustments
  • Free shipping is provided on your replacement order
  • Customised or engraved pieces cannot be exchanged

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • UPI & Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Razorpay Wallet or Pay Later: 2–3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded as store credit or bank transfer within 7 days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Engraved, personalised, or custom-made jewellery
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless received defective or damaged
