You receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your payment is secured and your piece is reserved.
Our team inspects, packs and labels your jewellery with care. A shipping label is generated and Delhivery pickup is scheduled.
Delhivery collects the parcel from our warehouse. You receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. Track anytime at delhivery.com.
Your order arrives at your doorstep. Delivery agents attempt 3 times before returning. You can reschedule via the tracking link.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location. All timelines run from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Delhivery tracking ID (AWB number) via email and SMS. You can use this to:

We take packaging seriously — not just aesthetically, but structurally. Each order is:
• Placed in a Scintiller signature box with a soft cushion insert to prevent movement
• Wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker
• Placed inside a tamper-evident outer mailer bag with your AWB label
• Reinforced with bubble wrap for fragile or gemstone pieces
The outer packaging carries no visible branding or mention of "jewellery" to keep your order discreet and safe during transit.
